KANSAI BIBLE INSTITUTE (KBI)

We worked at the Kansai Bible Institute as teachers and staff members from 2003 to 2007.

The school was established through the Swedish Örebro mission in 1961. It is a Pentecostal Bible school serving a wide range of different denominations as well as the TPKF churches that were born as a result of the Nordic Pentecostal mission work in Japan.

The pictures below tell about the blessing of the Holy Spirit and God's grace, which has continuously expanded the work of KBI.

We spent the most unforgettable last years of our ministry in Japan supporting this school and training a young new generation of workers for Japan and also for missionary work in different countries.

The commencement party of the 2006 academic year was held in the newly completed ballroom. There were 10 new students. There were 18 three-week Bible course students. There were 2 who transferred to KBI from other schools. A few of the three-week course students stayed at the school to continue their studies, so as a result, a total of 17 new students started studying the basic course for 1 to 3 years, together with those already studying at the school with second and third year students.
